Yes. Nutrition is a core part of all online coaching options. You will receive personalized calorie and macro targets, access to a structured nutrition guide, and coaching built around sustainable habits. The level of accountability and feedback depends on whether you choose Silver, Gold, or Platinum.
Silver is self guided. You receive your personalized plan and tools, and you implement on your own.
Gold includes weekly check ins, accountability, and feedback. We adjust your plan based on progress and help you build long term skills.
Platinum includes everything in Gold plus a higher level of support, deeper accountability, and more hands on adjustments for faster progress and greater precision.
No. Tracking is optional. Some clients benefit from tracking for awareness and precision, while others succeed using portion guidance and habit based coaching. Toegether, we choose the approach that fits your personality, goals, and lifestyle.
Absolutely. Your workouts are built around the equipment you have access to and the time you can realistically commit each week. Whether you train at home, at a commercial gym, or at Aspire, your plan is designed to fit your life.
Check ins are completed weekly inside the coaching app. You will submit progress updates such as weight trends, habits, training feedback, and wins or challenges. You then receive personalized feedback, adjustments, and clear next steps so you always know what to focus on. With the Platinum package, you will also meet with your coach twice per month for a 30-minute session in person or via Zoom to get more hands-on coaching.
No. While Aspire Health and Fitness is based in Amherst, New Hampshire, online coaching is available to clients anywhere. If you have internet access and are ready to commit, you can work with us. If you are local, you can also combine in person training with online coaching for an added layer of structure and accountability.
