That’s right! Habits!
Habits are the actions you take every day to do anything.
By focusing on developing healthy habits performed consistently, you exponentially increase the chances of not only achieving your health and fitness goals but being able to sustain them for the rest of your life.
This is because you don’t do anything as a means-to-an-end. You are intentional with your habits and you focus on consistency instead of perfection.
With my habit-based coaching program we’re going to focus on:
- Making BIG changes in health and body composition by teaching you how to take small daily actions.
- Taking a “whole-life, whole-person” approach.
- Dealing with real situations and having to overcome real struggles.
- Living without the guilt and shame that come from believing some foods are “good” and others are “bad.”
- Finding self-worth in something other than body image.
- Staying consistent on your absolute worst days, not just your good days, by overcoming the limits of willpower.
