So today, I’m giving you 4 simple ways to stay on track — without feeling like you’re missing out:

1️⃣ Eat like a local, not like a maniac.
Enjoy the special foods of summer, but don’t eat like it’s your last supper.
🎯 Choose what’s worth it and skip the “meh” stuff.

2️⃣ Move your body on your terms.
You don’t need a gym to stay active.
🏖️ Walk after dinner.
🏕️ Do a 15-minute bodyweight circuit.
🛶 Go paddleboarding.
The point is: do something — not nothing.

3️⃣ Hydrate like it’s your job.
Travel, sun, and alcohol all dehydrate you.
🚰 Bring a reusable water bottle and aim for 80–100 oz per day.
💡 Pro tip: Add a pinch of sea salt and lemon to your water to replace electrolytes naturally.

4️⃣ Plan your “anchors.”
Your day doesn’t need to be perfect — it just needs a few anchors:

💧 A big water bottle
💪 A 15-minute workout
