The Plan for People Who Genuinely Don’t Have Time Right Now

My last blog was about the fall schedule quietly eating your workout time. Fair question back: what if there genuinely isn’t more time to protect? This one’s for you.

What Minimum Effective Dose Actually Means

Most people default to the full ideal plan or nothing at all. Minimum effective dose is the middle option, the smallest amount of effort that still produces a real result, and the one that actually survives the time you have.

The 20-Minute Version

Two sessions a week, twenty to twenty five minutes each.

What one of those workouts might look like:

  1. Air squats
  2. Bridges
  3. Push ups
  4. Renegade rows
  5. Dips
  6. Crunches

    *2 rounds/15 reps each

It’s a real dose of strength training, done consistently.

The One Nutrition Habit

Skip tracking entirely this season if it’s not realistic. Protein first at every meal is the whole plan.

If You Truly Have 20 Minutes Twice a Week

  • Make only two decisions, once: which two days, which six movements.
  • Keep a bag packed or clothes ready.
  • Protein first, every meal.
  • Save the bigger version for a calmer month/season.
