Start with what’s going right â€” even if it’s small.

  • Are you showing up to workouts more consistently?
  • Getting more steps in?
  • Drinking more water or prepping more meals?

Write it down. Own it. Build on it.

❓2. What’s in your way?

Now, look at what’s not working — with zero judgment.

  • Are your goals realistic for your schedule?
  • Are weekends derailing your weekday efforts?
  • Are you trying to do too much at once?

Identify the blockers so you can work around them â€” not quit because of them.

❓3. What’s one simple move I can commit to for the next 4 weeks?

Not 10 things. Just one.

  • 3 workouts per week
  • 100g of protein per day
  • No takeout after 8pm
  • 20-minute walks after dinner

Consistency over the next 30 days will always beat intensity for 3 days.
