If you’re putting in the work, you should know if it’s paying off.

Here are three simple ways to measure strength gains—no guesswork, no fluff:

1. You’re lifting more weight.
If you pressed 25s last month and now you’re pressing 30s with the same form, that’s real progress. Write it down, track it, and keep moving forward.

2. You’re hitting more reps with the same weight.
Maybe you were grinding out 8 squats, and now you’re knocking out 10. Same weight, more work = stronger muscles.

3. You’re recovering faster.
If your rest breaks are shorter and you can still perform at the same level—or better—you’ve leveled up your conditioning along with your strength.

Strength isn’t about how sore you are, it’s about consistent, measurable improvement. If none of these are happening, it’s time to adjust your training.

Stay consistent,
