We’ve officially crossed the halfway mark of 2025.
Can you believe it?
Whether you’re feeling proud, frustrated, or somewhere in between, now is the perfect time to hit pause and ask yourself:
What’s working? What’s not? And what’s one thing I can do to finish strong?
Too often we treat July like a washout—vacations, BBQs, heatwaves, and “I’ll start again in the fall” syndrome.
But the truth is:
✅ You don’t need a new year to make a change.
✅ You don’t need a “perfect” week to get back on track.
âś… You just need a decision to move forward.
Instead of beating yourself up… reflect.
Ask yourself:
- What habits actually stuck this year?
- Where did I fall off—and why?
- What’s ONE win I’m proud of since January?
Maybe you didn’t lose the 20 pounds you hoped for, but you’ve been walking more. Or you’ve started drinking more water. Or you’re cooking at home a few nights a week.
That’s progress. Celebrate it.
Then… reset with intention.
Here’s a simple 3-step mid-year reset anyone can do:
- Pick one goal for July.
Make it specific and doable (e.g. “3 workouts a week” or “track my food 5 days a week”). - Pick one habit to support it.
Small is smart. (e.g. “Lay out my workout clothes before bed.”) - Pick a person to keep you accountable.
A coach, a partner, or a friend who won’t let you off the hook.
Let’s make this second half count.
You’ve got six months left in 2025.
Imagine what could happen if you refocused now instead of waiting.
Let’s finish strong 💪
Yours in health,
Michael
