🏋️‍♂️ Stop Chasing Perfect Workouts—Do This Instead

One of the biggest roadblocks I see with people in the gym is paralysis by analysis.

They’re always waiting for the “perfect” workout plan, the perfect routine, or the perfect schedule before they commit.

Here’s the truth: perfect doesn’t exist.

Even the best program in the world will fail if it’s never done consistently. And even an “okay” program, done with effort week after week, will deliver better results than the fanciest template sitting in your inbox.

Think about it:

  • If you squat, hinge, push, pull, and train your core consistently, you’ll get stronger.
  • If you repeat those workouts enough to progress the weight, the reps, or the effort, you’ll see real change.
  • If you show up three times a week for months, your body has no choice but to adapt.

The people who see results aren’t the ones who found the perfect routine—they’re the ones who stopped overthinking and just got to work.

So instead of chasing the mythical “perfect” workout, commit to doing good workouts consistently.

Perfect is a moving target.

Progress comes from persistence.

Stay steady, stay consistent,
