Frequently Asked Questions

Here are Some of the Most Frequently Asked Questions about our health and fitness programs

How do I get started with your program?

The best way to get started is to set up a Discovery Session in which we’ll discuss your goals, go over our programs, and answer any questions you might have. We can do it via Zoom or in person.

Together we’ll determine which program(s) are best for you and begin the intake process

What is the cost?

Everyone is different from their goals, to schedule, to workout equipment availability, access to healthy foods, etc. Our programs are customized to each person, so the cost will vary depending on the program that we decide together is best for you.

Regardless of the program you choose, there are no contracts or 30-day notices.

How should I choose my plan?

The process of deciding what the best plan is for you is collaborative. During the discovery session, we’ll get to know each other and discuss the option that adapts best to you and your goals. We will provide you with the knowledge based on our years of experience so we can make the right decision for you.

Should I even hire a coach?

Yes, of course. Getting the guidance and education you need is always going to bring the results you’re looking for. But the most important thing is accountability.

What can I expect in an average in-person session?

We’re going to start out with education. You’ll learn what the exercises are and how to perform them. Once the plan and the exercises are established, we’ll start working together toward progress and results.

Should I focus on nutrition coaching or personal training?

It’s all about who you are as an individual. There is not one simple formula that works for everyone, but to see results. you should work with a mix between both. We will focus on nutrition and workout education and balance so you can create a sustainable, healthy lifestyle.

I’m working out at home, do I have to spend a lot of money on equipment?

You can spend as much as you want and you can spend as little as you want. We are going to customize your workouts based on what you have available to you.
